Since our hospitals at Broadway and Balsam and Foothills and Arapahoe are not in that zone, they remain open. We are still accepting ambulances at both locations but are encouraging emergency responders to send ambulances with patients from outside

We have contacted patients scheduled for elective procedures in our Cath Lab, Surgery and Imaging areas at our Broadway location and recommended that they cancel their procedures. However, we are still providing minor procedures for people who elect not to cancel them.
We are also working with our physicians to shift other elective procedures to Foothills, since that campus has not been impacted as much by the smoke.
