We are fielding rumors that some individuals are being let back into certain neighborhoods to retrieve items from homes and shut off water (protect pipes). While we anticipate allowing residents to do this at some point, we cannot allow it at this time. A Red Flag warning is in effect for this afternoon which could impact movement on both fires. Please standby. We know how important it is to let residents gain access to their homes, if even temporarily, but it is just not safe to do so yet.
