COVID-19 tests showing up online may be fraudulent, and many are under investigation by the CDC and/or FDA. At this time, rely on testing ordered by your healthcare provider, hospital, or public health department. Boulder County Public Health is following these developments and will provide updates as new evidence emerges.
It pains us to say this, but there are some bad actors during this COVID-19 pandemic. We are working to make sure that scams are exposed and that area residents have the best, up-to-date and factual information possible. Please take precautions not to fall for fraudulent activities.
